A spacious spot for your next group getaway! Two story home furnished with a King, Queen, Full and twin beds, we have you set up to sleep 7 but when you add in the cozy couches, you could include many more! We keep our homes stocked with essentials, safe and secure for our guests. Just feet from the 2-story dock that stretches out onto Lake Brownwood.

**The dock is a shared space for all three houses on the property. Please note that we do have outdoor surveillance cameras on the property**

Nice lake rental
Nice big house with a boat dock, near public ramp. Other rentals on same property, use same boat dock. Plenty of parking for everyone. The stairs in the house are very steep. House needs some maintenance and lots of big spiders on the boat dock, but overall, we had a great time. The neighborhood was without water for a day and a half.

Obstructed Lake View
The description of the property didn’t include that it was multi level. There was a 8 inch step to go from the living room to the dining room plus one bedroom had a step down to go to the bathroom that was connected to the bedroom. Also one of the bedrooms didn’t have a vent for air conditioning or heat in it so it was hot while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for us. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful! The property manager was very helpful. The town was extremely kind as well!! We would definitely stay here again.
