"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"On arrival the converted barn was beautifully clean. Superb hot tub. Everything you could want was there except for a mop which would have been essential as coming from the hot tub left considerable wetness on the kitchen floor.The other detail, not shown in photos when booking, was the giant solar assisted heating pump in the small bathroom that was very off putting. "We had an excellent time, the accommodation was peaceful and the hot tub amazing. We used it as a base as it was midway for the gents to go to Silverstone whilst the ladies when stopping in Birmingham. Would stay again if we decided to go back to Silverstone!"

"This was a lovely little house. Very nicely decorated, very clean, great facilities and the host has done everything that they can to make you feel welcome. I didn’t know I wanted the hot chocolate but it was very welcome at the end of the day 😃"

The cottage is very clean, all appliances work and there is a notebook with answers to FAQ.The cottage is located on the village of Badby which is quiet, the surrounding area is beautiful and the people who live there are friendly.Always a wonderful stay"

"Lovely accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful location. Overlooking Horses in front of property and Sheep behind, surrounded by Countryside. Great central location for visiting Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon and Leamington spa. Owner was very friendly and greeted us on arrival to check all was well. "
