"We chose this location, as it gave us access to the Kintail mountains and Fort William in one direction, and the Isle of Skye in the other. The home was very well maintained and offered us the flexibility of quiet outdoor space and an amazing floor plan inside. "Cute house in a centrally located neighborhood, within walking distance to groceries and downtown Portree. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials and was comfortable for our family. One bedroom could stand a new mattress as our kids could feel some springs. Also some blackout curtains would be great in the Spring/Summer months as it is light most of the day and night. But other than it was cute and nice and we’d recommend it to others."

"We were looking for a rental house in the Isle of Skye area and found choices to be limited. While this place wasn't awful, we would try to find something else if we ever return to this area. Good things: Easy walk down the road into Portree for restaurants and shopping. Had a dedicated parking space for your vehicle. Has a washer/dryer combo unit (in a kitchen cabinet; hard to find). "This is the 4th time we have stayed at Tigh-na-Camus. It is in a beautiful location and an excellent place to get away from it all and relax. The cottage is very comfortable and has the best sunroom on the front overlooking the water. Will definitely book again."

"We have stayed in An Gearasdan on a number of occasions and have been visiting Glenelg for over 24 years. The property is lovely, very well set out and perfect for groups and a couple of dogs. The view down the sound is spectacular and the locals are lovely. We cannot fault the house or location and hope to return for many more years."

Two improvements would be helpful - we had 6 people and number of glasses and basic dishes were exact at six or a little less in some categories, which was inconvenient.
