Penthouse with steam bath

This traditional Austrian 3 bedroom flat for 6 people has a wellness area and is in a fantastic location near the centre of Brixen and the gondola. Landhaus Sonnberg is situated on the sunny side of Brixen and because of its location slightly above the village, you have a great view over Kirchberg, Westendorf and the distant surroundings.

The gondola and the centre are within walking distance (approx. 500 m). So you can leave your car there for the whole holiday.

There is a private entrance on the ground floor, privacy guaranteed! The interior, with a lot of wood, is stylish and luxurious and you will feel at home here immediately. The very well equipped kitchen has an espresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, 4-ring hob and oven. There is a communal wellness area with a Turkish bath, shower and rest room. You also have a large balcony with garden furniture facing south.

If you rent both flats (AT-6364-33 and AT-6364-34) together for 6 persons, you will have a detached house for max. 12 persons. We request you not to smoke in the flat; if necessary you can smoke on the balcony. There is room for 2 cars per flat.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt, besser geht es kaum. Die Vermieter unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, der Küche usw so, als würden sie selbst dort leben. Sehr schöne Wohnung bei sehr netten Vermietern
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl (Holzbauweise mit hohen Decken). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (schönes Bad, Einbauküche, Kaffeevollautomat). Die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch ausreichend groß. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick ins Brixental. Zufahrt ist etwas knifflig, da man die letzten 50 m rückwärts fahren muss, das geht aber ganz gut. Um zur Wohnung zu kommen muss man einige Treppen überwinden. Coronabedingt war nur die Abstimmung mit der Agentur extrem unzufriedenstellend (nicht erreichbar, keine Reaktion auf eMail...) - die Vermieter konnten uns aber weiterhelfen....
