Rude agent managing the property A cleaning fee was included with our booking (totally fine), but the agent managing the property on behalf of the owners sent us a series of very rude messages after we left because there were a few dishes in the sink and we didn’t make the beds. No prior instructions were ever provided to us saying we had to do the dishes. The agent is a disaster of a person and totally unprofessional. We stayed at the end of April and found the house to be warmer than expected as it gets the sun on the windows during the day. The house is indeed cozy and well equiped.
