Downtown Hideout is the ideal location for a family. I kindly advise against 4 adults staying for longer than a weekend. The flat instead will be ideal for three adults
or for two adults plus two children.
The Apartment is on the ground floor and offers a fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with a bed couch. The whole apartment has been fully renovated. The Bathroom has a big shower and a washing machine. The Bedroom has a Kingsize bed. There is also a double bed couch. In the sitting room there is a Smart TV with Netflix and Internet connection . The garden is tiny but private.
You can park your bike in yard.
Interaction with guests
I will respect your privacy. I live a hundred meters away and I will be available if you have questions or if you want to have a contact in Brixen.
The location is very quiet and I expect of you to live in harmony with our neighbor.

Other things to note
I kindly ask for your understanding that:
-Downtown Hideout is located on the ground floor with a garden in front of the door,
so it can happen occasionally occur that insects come into the house!
-Downtown Hideout is located in a pedestrian zone, you can't arrive by car in front of
your front door even to unload your luggage. Taxi are allowed.
-Downtown Hideout is located in the most central place of the city and is very quiet
except that when there are events or parties or construction work in progress in the city.
-No pets are allowed!
The city Brixen charges a tourist tax of 2,40 € each adult each overnight stay, that I
have to collect.
