"A very relaxing and pleasant experience. Very clean and the staff took the time to tour around the property and explaining all of the numerous amenities they offered. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, sauna/steam rooms and a full gym. Parking is a little difficult if they are busy but the parking is well lit with motion lights and covered. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available and table is reserved. The views from the hotel are amazing. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed!"

Für Kinder optimal mit Spielplätzen u Streichelzoo Lage der Residenz zu den Wanderungen optimal. Frühstücksservice mit Semmeln u Eiern war ein super Zusatzservice. "What a wonderful hotel located in a very pleasing area, Altstadt Innsbruck. The owners have done a fantastic job updating this hotel built in the 1400s. Everything is top-quality from the furnishings to the hardware to the environmental intelligence to the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Weisses Kreuz twice now, and will stay there every time I visit Innsbruck. "
