Dear tenant, we would like to point out that works will be carried out on the street from 1 April 2019 to 1 November 2019. This is completely out of our will. These are works that had to be performed years ago but are now suddenly on the schedule. We want to inform you about this. The contractor promises to cause as little inconvenience as possible. In principle, you will be able to reach the property by car at any time. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.


The house on the ground floor, with an enclosed garden with a terrace of 200 square meters, is located approximately 500 meters from the beach. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2015. The terrace and garden are south facing and fully furnished with chairs, tables, umbrella, sun loungers, .... A few bicycles are also provided. All modern comfort is present, dishwasher, washing machine, ...
Fully equipped bathroom, infrared sauna and 2 bedrooms. In the vicinity you will find the tram that takes you to the other parts of the coast.
check in is possible from 3.30 pm. Departure the last day at the latest at 10.00 am.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen ok. Geschäfte und Strand alles nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Strand zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Kritikpunkte sind überschaubar. Ofen leider defekt gewesen und die Pfannen auch leider unbrauchbar. Bei Action um die Ecke grad ne neue kaufen müssen. TV leider nur Niederlande bzw. Belgien. Würden wir wieder kommen? Ganz klares ja.

Schöne Unterkunft in Bredene
Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Bredene. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist nur ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einfach herrlich, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder ❤️

Eine sehr schöne Gegend mit einem wunderschönen Strand. Eigentlich auch eine schöne Ferienwohnung, aber die Sauna war kaputt. Der Vermieter meinte, es stand in der Anzeige, aber nicht bei unserer Buchung. Da stand nichts von einer kaputten Sauna. Das war ein entscheidendes Kriterium warum wir diese Wohnung gebucht haben. Sehr schöner großer Garten.

Entspannung pur
Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich in Empfang genommen. Jan ist ein sehr sehr lieber und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Wir haben die Zeit dort mit unseren beiden Hunden verbracht und es fehlte an nichts. Im Garten konnte man wunderbar entspannen. Es war eine herrliche Ruhe. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Einfach traumhaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind genügend vorhanden, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Egal wo wir eingekauft haben, dass Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren bereits öfter hier in Bredene und auch hier bei Jan. Die Wohnung ist für uns perfekt von der Größe und der große Garten. Jan und seine Frau sind sehr nette Vermieter und immer erreichbar. Wir durften sogar zwei Tage eher anreisen ohne Aufpreis, welcher andere Vermieter macht das schon. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Perfekt für Ruhe und Erhohlung
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, großer eingezäunter Garten und Ruhe pur. Jan ist sehr freundlich hat uns empfangen und uns Alles prima erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bedanken.

Nous avons apprécié l'espace de cet appartement ainsi que son jardin et sa place de parking. La proximité avec la dernière zone un peu sauvage de la côte belge nous a permis de profiter au mieux du séjour. Nos petites escapades au Coq à Ostende et Brugges ont bien complété cet agréable séjour chez un hôte toujours prompt à répondre.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus war sauber und ordentlich . Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht . Handtücher , Bettwäsche wurden vom Vermieter gestellt . Jan war sehr nett und hat uns zur Ankunft begrüßt . Er war jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen , wenn wir ein Problem hätten . Das Ferienhaus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt . Das einzige Manko war die Terrasse , sie müsste mal in Stand gesetzt werden . Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung .

Alles gut! Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Jan war reibungslos. Die Schlüsselübergabe pünktlich. Wir konnten sogar eher rein. Mit Fahrrad eine gute Lage. In der Nähe ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant/Kneipe. Die Einrichtung in die Jahr gekommen, aber sauber. Es war alles vorhanden. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Mit 3 Personen ausreichend Platz.

Ruhige und saubere Unterkunft.
Mit der Anmietung und dem Kontakt zum Vermieter hat es ein wenig gedauert. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern. Unser Aufenthalt ist problemfrei verlaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
