Convenient Location, Nice Staff, Dirty Room
OK for the price. The main problem is the cleanliness of the room. First room I got was very bad smelling - like rotten socks... I asked them to change rooms and they agreed without any arguments. The staff hardly speak English, but are nice and try to be helpful. Not enough electric sockets in the room for the business traveler. Location is convenient: the Patio Brazil Mall is around the corner and there is a nice meat restaurant right next to the hotel. In the next door gas station there is a 24/7 convenience store with a few basic products. If you can - pay a bit more and get a better hotel.

Um simples pernoite custou quase R$ 600,00 e a aparência do quarto era de imundice total. O hotel está com aparência de reformado, mas deixaram os banheiros para trás. Imperdoável pagar esse preço por algo tão precário.

I booked this hotel because others were not available. The hotel is a good hotel for Brazilians, but internet access is bad, the work table in the room is small, the TV is hard to decipher, the staff does not speak English. The food is modest, but OK if you only take breakfast. The rooms are clean.

Gostei do hotel. É reformado, possui móveis e algumas instalações antigas, mas não havia mau cheiro/mofo. O atendimento é muito bom, o café da manhã também, principalmente considerando o valor local praticado. Ressalva apenas com relação à TV, que chiava muito, mas não cheguei a reclamar pq não costumo assistir, e também quanto ao assédio de usuários de droga nas proximidades.

Adequado para viagem a trabalho.
Quarto confortável e limpo. Banheiro novo e limpo. Armários ótimos, abertos, arejados. Único problema: a imagem da TV péssima que a manutenção não conseguiu consertar. Ficamos sem noticiário por 3 dias.

O hotel é novo e bem localizado, entretanto, as acomodações são simples e o atendimento não é dos melhores. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio e não dispõe de segurança para o estacionamento que fica em frente. O som do meu carro foi furtado no estacionamento e ao comunicar à gerência do hotel, fui tratado com descaso.

Lençóis sujos
A experiência no hotel não foi boa. Primeiro, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, mas que acabou depois de abrir a janela. Havia duas camas que pareciam muito limpas e por esse motivo não as revisei quando entrei no quarto, o que foi um problema que só percebi muito tarde a noite, quando não tinha vontade de reclamar. Uma delas estava com um cheiro nojento e a outra tinha os lençóis com manchas amarelas e vermelhas. Ou seja, depois de trabalhar todo o dia tive que dormir com roupa sobre a cama! Quando comentei com o pessoal do hotel o tema dos lençóis a resposta foi um indiferente "ah ta". Atitude geral deles porque cada vez que quis pedir uma informação todos pareciam muito ocupados. A limpeza do hotel é fundamental para mim e em consideração da falta de higiene deste hotel eu não recomendo para nada. P.D. sou estrangeiro por favor desculpem meu português.

Perto de tudo.
Limpo e confortável. Contudo, os três dias que fiquei hospedada o quarto alagou. Escorreguei duas vezes e numa delas caí. Por sorte não me machuquei. Espero que consertem o alagamento (provavelmente do ar condicionado). No mais, relação custo benefício razoável.

O hotel é muito confortável, novo em folha, bons quartos, com ar condicionado split, teve LCD, frigobar, ótimo café da manha, além excelente localização. Muito recomendável para quem pretende ou precisa visitar Brasília.

quase perdemos o vôo devido atraso do hotel em servir o café da manhã. falaram que o pagamento seria no check-out e para a nossa surpresa foi cobrado no check-in. a recepção não nos agradou nem um pouco, demora em chamar táxi, ainda em no assobio, a frente do hotel é só areia.

Problemas com as chaves
Não pretendo mais utilizar o hotel. Já me hospedei lá por 3 vezes e em todas elas eu me aborreci com as chaves do quarto. Todas as vezes em que eu chegava à noite, carregando coisas pesadas e cansada, chegando na porta do quarto a chave não funcionava. Uma vez, com o taxi me esperando, tive que descer novamente para carregar a chave e depois subir de novo. Eu não me lembro de pedir para renovar a chave abtes de subir porque nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel em toda a minha vida. Por que as chaves do hotel desmagnetizam e as dos outros hotéis não acontece isso? Eu gosto do lugar, mas agora já arrumei um outro mais perto dos meus compromissos.
