"To be honest, I was expecting a run down and neglected motel. When we rolled for check-in we noticed that it appeared very well maintained and clean, given it's location right off of I75. The manager on duty was very friendly and we checked in within minutes. He was such a nice guy and made us feel welcome. Entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and had nice floors/walls/paint, etc. The bed and pillows were fresh and comfy and even the bathroom was very clean. We only stayed one night, but if we travel around Frankenmuth/Birch Run area in the future we would definitely stay here again! The price can't be beat. Plus, no stairs/elevators. Continental breakfast is what you'd expect, but decent cereal/fruit/coffee hit the spot. Marinos pizza in Saginaw delivered to us and it was fantastic! Knights Inn staff was great. Zero complaints!"
