TV's in every bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. Short walk to everything downtown has to offer. Private driveway. Perfect location for your visit to Branson. New home in perfect downtown location. Bedrooms are on lower level. Enjoy the day at your favorite attractions and come back to relax while avoiding most of the traffic. No need to search for parking spaces downtown, all within walking distance or a short trolley ride, hours vary. Backyard has privacy fence.

You’ll receive a personalized code to enter unit. Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and plenty of street parking nearby.

Free trolley pick up is only a block away. Easy to use during busy seasons.

Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on bottom and a twin on top.
A starter supply of paper products and soaps are provided.
No garage access. Contains fire sprinkler system for your safety. House is also monitored via a commercial fire detection system which will automatically deploy fire department if necessary.
Please use caution with tall items near sprinkler heads. You will be held liable if you accidentally trigger the fire system to engage.
Ring doorbell at front door has video and ability to reach us if you ring the doorbell. House is equipped with a security system, used when vacant. There are NO cameras or recording devices within the home.

This is such a cute house and I was impressed with the cleanliness. It is modern and has every modern convenience including multiple beside outlets. The owners thought of everything. We highly recommend this location! Great location!

The place was very clean. Well stocked, coffee pods, water for the coffee pot, good frying pans and the first time ever I could cook off the BBQ without cleaning it first. I liked the location easy walking distance to Branson Landing. We will stay there again.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. We really like the location to the Branson Landing and being away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We love how we can all be together rather than in a hotel and everyone being in separate rooms. Everything was clean and very accommodating.
