Great stay
In the hottest period of Summer, we decide to go to Branson. The weather might have been a little stuffy but the accommodations were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place for Family to Stay
We enjoyed our stay here and did not run into any major problems. The unit was very nice and clean and we had plenty of room. We initially had a little trouble finding our specific unit because from the parking lot we could not see that there were lower level units down stairs. Other than that, everything went well with our stay and we recommend it.

Pointe Royale stay
Due to the smoke odor we cannot give it a good rating. We requested a non-smoking room. We contacted the mngmt but they said it had to come from an adjacent room. Not true. They had 2 ionization plugins in the rooms. Every time we walked into the unit we wanted to turn around and leave. We bought room spray but it didn’t help. Even unpacking our bags after returning home, we could still smell smoke on our clothes. We assume that all the units allow smoking since we didn’t see any signs that said No Smoking. The unit was pretty but we could not get past the odor.

This was a great clean place to stay. The only complaint we had is the shower is broken so taking a shower was very difficult! Hopefully they can get this fixed for future visitors.

Should have read reviews
Like the other reviews state, their is a stale smoker smell. It aint noticable once you have been there for a bit. But everytime you return it hits you in the face when you open the door. The appliances are outdated. Only 1 shower, wish their were 2. Beds are hard, and the master only had a light blanket. Froze the first night. Dont care for the wall of mirrors in the dining room either. The couch in the living room needs replaced. It is so wore out, that you just sink and fall to the middle no matter where you try to sit on it.

Quick get away
The property was decorated super cute and trendy. The property itself was outdated (appliances, faucets, shower). The listing says it has 2 showers when in fact it only has 1 shower, the main bathroom is a shower/tub combo and the master bath only has a soaking tub. The property wasn’t super clean. There was big clumps of dust on the vents and the faucets were grimy. There was a smell like listed in other reviews. It wasn’t pleasant but didn’t ruin our stay as you got used to it. The bunk beds were pretty flimsy but worked perfect for my kid but just don’t plan on adults using them. Overall it worked for us. If we stayed longer than a weekend, I’d probably go somewhere else, cooking in the kitchen with 80s/ 90s appliances and only one shower would become problematic. The indoor pool, hot tub, and other amenities were across the community so it isn’t super convenient, because of this, we didn’t use them. In the summer this would be a great location as the playground and an outdoor pool is in the back yard!

Not a fully stocked kitchen, no shower head in the master bedroom, smelled funny. Advertisement does not say that you actually have to go downstairs to get to condo.

Stinky getaway
The house was very cute and clean, however, there was a horrible odor that smelled like moldy smoke. My granson who has asthma had a very hard time breathing, we actually thought about leaving but we weren’t at the house very long so we decided to stick it out I didn’t read the reviews before booking and I should have but that’s my fault. I brought a Scentsy pot and that didn’t even help. The master bedroom only had a bathtub so for 7 people sharing one shower that was a challenge getting ready too.

Nice/secure/convenient/ smells musty
The condo was clean and decorated very nice. The beds were super comfortable. However, like in a couple of the other reviews I saw, it smelled very musty or like stale cigarette smoke. They did have odor eliminator/air purifier, plug-ins. It may have helped some but the smell was very apparent when you would leave the condo and come back in. I gave it at three for the online listing accuracy because either it doesn’t show it or I missed it that you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the condo, which was very difficult for my 83-year-old mother. Also, the master bath is just a tub no shower-I suppose if I had paid closer attention to the photo of the master bath, I would have seen that there was not a shower. The location of the condo was perfect for us. It’s not on the busy strip and we had maybe a 10 to 15 minute drive to get to the things that we wanted to do. Also because it was gated we felt secure and the grounds were kept very nice.

Clean, quiet stay
I recently took my three teenage grand-daughters along with my infant great-grandson for a short stay in Branson. It was very clean and modern and everything appeared in good working condition. I did ask prior if there might be a portable type crib for the baby and was told there should be one in a closet. When we arrived, we found a twin size roll away bed. I was disappointed to find out, we'd have to purchase a pack and play for the baby, but we did just that. For a short stay, this was a unexpected and unnecessary cost. The bath towels/wash cloths was also an issue. Four adults taking showers everyday and the girls use two towels at time created a laundry issue. The owners supplied 5 laundry pods, no softener sheets. We have stayed at numerous VRBO and this particular one offers no kitchen/cooking supplies, a handful of coffee pods, other than standard place settings, a few pots and pans, one dish cloth and dish towel ..another laundery issue. Our particular unit was quite a distance to the indoor pool ( due to season, outdoor pool was already closed). Again, the place was clean, beds were good. Just lacks ample supplies for a family to stay comfortably. I would suggest, basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc and definitely more towels, wash cloths.

Not Family Friendly Due to Smell
Unfortunately, the smell of the condo was overwhelming during the entire stay. It smelt like mildew, dust, and like it’s been smoked in. Our clothing and belongings reek of the condo. The smell did not dissipate whatsoever throughout the duration of our stay. We had to leave a night early because we were coughing and we all had crust in our eyes from the terrible air quality.

We very much enjoyed staying here. Very clean and great location. We ran into a maintenance worker on the trails that we chatted up. He was clearing fallen trees. The pool and playground were right outside of where we were staying. Was such the perfect setup. But definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo
Condo was nice and clean. Seemed to be recently updated. A little small for 6 adults but we made it work. Good location, close to everything we wanted to do. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 start rating would be the master bathroom does not have a shower even though the VRBO add listed a bath/shower combo. It only had a jacuzzi tub. So getting 6 adults through one shower (guest bath) everyday was exhausting. Probably ok for a family with small kids. Overall a nice place to stay.

Excellent stay
The area was in a very quiet neighborhood. One of the community pools and playgrounds was right in the back yard. The sofa bed was broken, but there was a roll away bed in the master closet we used instead. Overall, we had a great stay and wpyld definitely reccomend this clean, quiet place to anyone.

Can’t say much for this particular property but…
Well, we didn’t actually get to stay at this property. I was contacted 10 days prior to check in via phone from a representative with the management/ owner of property Grand Welcome letting us know that we would not be able to stay at this property due to a water leak. Not really sure why the water leak couldn’t be fixed within 10 days but honestly I didn’t ask. They told me they had a different condo in the same area that was available that would accommodate my party. I specifically booked this particular property because of the bunk beds in one room for our kids, but I didn’t want to fight about that, they were willing to set us up with accommodations instead of just refunding us. I do feel like this property I booked was a little nicer than the one we were put in. The condo they put us in was nice and mostly clean. My crawling one year old found some moldy popcorn shrimp under a table and my 8 year old found a pill under a bed (luckily it was just tums and he brought it straight to me) so the cleaning crew needs to do a little better about checking and cleaning under furniture. The AC was locked where it could go no lower than 68 which was a problem for us because we normally sleep at 66 at night at home. It was cool out so we could open windows but had that not been the case I would have reached out to Grand Welcome for a resolution. I will not be uncomfortable when paying so much. Also master tub did not have plug, almost as if they didn’t want anyone taking bath.
