Casa Dalessio 3 - Villa Vue Mer et Piscine

Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this beautiful architect-designed villa with a sublime sea view located 1.6 km from the village of Erbalunga, remarkable for its ruined Genoese tower built in the 16th century on a rock at the entrance to its harbor, classified as a Historic Monument.
The villa boasts a swimming pool and terrace with stunning sea views. The excellent facilities on offer will enable you to make the most of your stay: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in showers in the bathrooms, linen provided, plancha.

Outside July and August, weekend rentals (Friday to Sunday) are available on request.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A bright living room with a comfortable sofa and an unobstructed view.
- An open-plan dining room overlooking the sea, with access to the swimming pool on the same level.
- A beautiful open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and numerous utensils.
- Separate WC
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and private bathroom

Garden level:
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with en-suite bathroom.
- Access to the garden from the bedrooms


On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- A fourth bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) featuring a magnificent terrace with sea view is located above the living room kitchen
- En-suite bathroom and WC

Exterior:
The villa boasts a heated pool with counter-current swimming, as well as a terrace enjoying a wonderful sea view.

Surroundings:
- Beach only 10 minutes away by car.
- In the village of Erbalunga: mini-market, tobacconist's with lotto, post office with cash dispenser, butcher's, baker's, several restaurants on the pretty square, including a gourmet restaurant.
- Sporting activities: canoeing from the village, hiking, diving.
- Transport: Bus from the village, cab by telephone.

Casa Dalessio 3 This house was absolutely gorgeous! From the stunning views to the beautiful design, we really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was large enough for our group, clean and close to Bastia and great restaurants in Erbalunga. The host was very responsive and went out of their way to bring us some supplies. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Access to a car essential as walking along the D80 to Erbalunga, or even to the sea, would not be enjoyable. Would make a particularly good base for several couples keen to explore the fantastic Cap Corse.
