"We were thrilled to have room 119 which had a balcony and we could view the cruise ships departing. It was warm and clean. The complimentary water and coffee pods were really appreciated. Service at breakfast and at reception was warm, friendly and efficient. It was a surprise that breakfast and parking were included. Had a lovely reunion evening with tasty food, especially the beef. "From checking in to checkout the service was excellent. In particular Gemma on reception was very helpful. Very busy hotel with a lot of children staying. As long as you don’t mind noise in the restaurant area it’s an ideal hotel for staying over for one night. "
