Arriving to paradise is such a breeze with a large parking area to accommodate your guests. Instantly feel the island vibes as your modern, chic styled home is perfectly situated between the Gulf and the Bay. Your main living area is nestled on the second level that provides an open layout that's brightened with an abundance of natural sunlight from the large framed windows and balconies. An additional living space for movie nights, that also has a bar-top w/ stools is located on the upper level where it adds more space for your family and friends. For a peaceful morning enjoy sipping on a cup of tea from one of the several balconies where you can take in the nature around that will energize the soul. The family chef will absolutely love the well stocked kitchen that features brand new appliances and modern upgrades to easily prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Entertain your guests with a night of tapas from the dining room that overlooks the living area where guests can socialize along the plush sectional sofa and unwind with a movie from the mounted flat panel. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
