Welcome to Coquina Moorings 205 - Beautiful, second floor bay front/gulf front condo near Coquina Beach. Wonderful bay views from the master bedroom, main living room and screened balcony. Enjoy early morning coffee and breakfast watching the sunrise to the east. The guest bedroom also has a screened balcony with seating where you can watch the nightly sunsets. Truly the best of both worlds.
This popular unit boasts Gulf to Bay views of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway. King bed in Master bedroom ensuite with walk-in shower. Gulfside bedroom has a Queen. The center bedroom has twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Coquina Moorings offers heated pool and BBQ area surrounded by lush, tropical landscape and a one of a kind docking facilities. Bring in your catch from offshore fishing or you can fish right from the boat docks. There is lighting for nighttime fishing and also a cutting station to clean your catch. Coquina Beach and Leffis Key are in the immediate area, as well as a boat ramp. . Full size laundry in unit and a storage unit for beach supplies.

It was perfect distance to the beach. Beautiful ocean view off bedroom balcony and there was a beautiful bay view off the living room and master bedroom balcony. House had everything we needed and very clean. Absolutely perfect!

I will rate the views from the front and back patios 5 stars! Your back patio is right on the bay with plenty of nature to view and the front patio has views of the gulf. The apartment is clean but could use some updating. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place.

The condo was very spacious - even for 3 adult couples. It was on the second floor so we had lots of exercise going up and down the steps. The storage closet had lots of beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, tarp, fishing rods and beach toys. We spend lots of time in the pool and just walked across the street to go to the beach. Memorial Weekend had a lot of traffic because there was only one road, but we had already shopped for supplies so we didn't need to go out. With no traffic, everything was within 3 miles and easy to get to. We never left the island until it was time to go home. We even rented a pontoon boat from Twisted Anchors and they delivered the boat to the ramp less than a quarter mile away. Very convenient. I would definitely rent on Anna Maria Island again.
