"Nice location and comfortable room. Shower needed a non-slip pad. Parking for handicaped persons was almost non-existent and general parking was insufficient because the lots are used by tenants of the other buildings on the property. "

"Excellent. Stunning setting. Villas were beautiful. Only downside is that there were a lot of cobwebs. Think we may have been the first of the season Second bedroom Could do with bed side lights and there needs to be another mirror other than the one in the main bedroom. Bigger tv and Netflix would be a good addition! None of this affected our stay. We had a lovely time. The surrounding area is amazing "

"We had a lovely easterhollidsy with our family. 15 people in total. The place is a bit pritimitive but cozy. Jean Luc is Very friendly "

"The staff were pre-occupied by a wedding, no bar or restaurant available. We understand the diversion, but we were still paying guests! Hotel is tired and needs some TLC to get it back to the advertised level."

"The chalet was clean, although small, there was sufficient space for our motorcycle gear and space outside to leave luggage. The area around the lake is good for walking and due to it being end of season, very quiet throughout the day and night. The breakfast service was poor and does not represent good value. The first day there were no bowls for creals and no clean tea mugs. On the second day we were the only two diners. The cleaners were in the room drinking coffee when we arrived so there was not enough coffee left. I asked for more, they gave us a flask, locked the service room and left. They hadn't made more coffee but simply topped up the flask with water so the last bit we had was undrinkable. We then realised they had locked away the breads and croissants, leaving us nothing to eat. I told the office about this and as we had only eaten half a breakfast I asked for a refund of one but this was refused. We had a long ride that day and wanted a good start to the day, not to pay for the cleaners' breakfast. Overall the stay was good and I recommend it to others but advise against having the breakfast. "

"Landlady made clear - repeatedly! - this was not a hotel and had double booked one of our two triple rooms. She did find another hotel for two of my guests, but that is not what we wanted! We wanted the group together! So not at all impressed with the organisation or the breakfast which was poor for 15 euro per person. "

"Relaxing hotel with all the facilities. Lovely outdoor pool with a good temperature. Great restaurant. Good spot for visiting the Belgian breweries !"
