Worst accommodation -This apartment fails to meet adequate safety and hygiene standards
First and foremost, the safety of the apartment is a significant concern. The stairs leading to the upper floor are in poor condition and posed a hazard to myself and my family. Additionally, the low doors and ceilings (one of which with a metal hook) create a real risk of injury, especially for taller individuals. Moreover, the electrical plug sockets and light fittings are in a total state of disrepair, which not only poses a safety risk but also renders them unusable.
Furthermore, the apartment's maintenance is severely lacking: the radiator in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the bathroom door and several of the walls had holes. Additionally, the main door to the apartment does not close properly and is extremely draughty, compromising our security and comfort.
In terms of cleanliness, we were deeply disappointed. The apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Furthermore, we found a dead fly in one of the duvets, one of which was stained with blood, and there was visible dust and mold in several places throughout the apartment, including some kitchen utensils.
This apartment fails to meet adequate safety and hygiene standards and shouldn´t be rented. I wish I could share visual evidence through photos.
