Worst accommodation -This apartment fails to meet adequate safety and hygiene standards
First and foremost, the safety of the apartment is a significant concern. The stairs leading to the upper floor are in poor condition and posed a hazard to myself and my family. Additionally, the low doors and ceilings (one of which with a metal hook) create a real risk of injury, especially for taller individuals. Moreover, the electrical plug sockets and light fittings are in a total state of disrepair, which not only poses a safety risk but also renders them unusable. Furthermore, the apartment's maintenance is severely lacking: the radiator in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the bathroom door and several of the walls had holes. Additionally, the main door to the apartment does not close properly and is extremely draughty, compromising our security and comfort. In terms of cleanliness, we were deeply disappointed. The apartment had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Furthermore, we found a dead fly in one of the duvets, one of which was stained with blood, and there was visible dust and mold in several places throughout the apartment, including some kitchen utensils. This apartment fails to meet adequate safety and hygiene standards and shouldn´t be rented. I wish I could share visual evidence through photos.

Agnès a un super appartement en duplex idéal pour 4 personnes (voir plus) On chausse les skis et c’est parti pour les cimes! On a passé un super séjour et les enfants ont adoré l’étage par le petit escalier en bois et la proximité avec les remontées et les commerces A recommander

Etat du bien mis en location extrêmement vétuste voir délabré
Le bien mis en location est extrêmement vétuste voir délabré. Rideaux dans chambre en lambeaux Robinet de la cuisine qui coule avec simplement un pot placé en dessous du mitigeur pour récolter les fuites d'eau Rideau de douche trop court et donc laissant passer l'eau en dehors du tub de douche Mousse expansée utilisée pour boucher un trou d’aération dans une des chambre laissant passer du vent et du bruit Manque de couvercles pour casseroles Manque de couteaux par rapport au nombre de fourchettes et cuillers Pas d’état des lieux d’entrée alors qu’état des lieux de sortie Pas de wifi En conclusion: allant skier depuis plus de 20 ans, c’est de loin la location la plus vétuste parmi toutes. Le domaine skiable est par contre très bien

À notre arrivée nous avons approuvé de grandes difficultés à ouvrir la porte d'entrée, et ce ne fut que le début des problèmes. L'appartement était dans état déplorable (ménage pas fait, literie sale, sommier cassé, prise de courant cassée...) Quand j'ai voulu contacter le propriétaire par message pas de réponses Et comme si cela ne suvisais pas il n'y avait aucune communication sur la taille de l'appartement vis-à-vis de l'étage (ne pas mesurer plus de 1,72 sinon ne passe pas les portes)Bref très mauvais séjours surtout pour le prix !

Très petit, pas de table, seulement un bar. Etat globalement défraîchi hormis la sdb qui a été refaite. Poignée balcon dangereuse, verrou d entree très difficile à fermer. Inadapté pour les enfants en raison d'un escalier raide. 10 min à pied des pistes.

Appartement fonctionnel et pratique. Attention une seule salle de bain et WC. Pas d'aération dans la chambre 3 (lit double). Casier à ski disponible. Petit four ne permettant pas de faire tout avec. Très bien placé et au pied du Transarc à 5mn à pied.

Résidence calme à 5 minutes à pieds du centre des arcs 1800 proche commerces et location de skis
Appartement très lumineux et bien équipé bien pour 4 personnes pour 6 plus compliquer 3 chambres indépendantes donc bien à réparer porte d entrée de l appartement compliqué a fermer et a ouvrir a reparer idem pour la porte fenêtre terrasse mise à part cela rien à dire

Location vieillissante, pas réellement au pied des pistes
On a bien aimé la station, par contre la location n'est pas très bien agencée, difficile d'y vivre à 5, rideau sale dans la grande chambre, porte fenêtre difficile à fermer. Elle est bien équipée, rien ne manque dans la cuisine. 300 m à pied pour rejoindre transarc, il doit être possible de rejoindre un télésiège à ski mais pas avec des enfants.
