"The location was convenient for us as it is just off the Freeway. Made the commute faster. The hotel serves Continental breakfast included already in the hotel price. This was a plus for us. There many restaurants close to the hotel. You can just walk to the restaurant. The hotel is renovating the whole hotel. Our stay at the hotel was great. Would come back again if we are in the areas. Front desk staff were friendly. "

"This is a beautiful historic hotel that has been beautifully kept. The service is phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a note for anyone who has difficulty walking a bit of a distance: the north wing requires going up to the 2nd floor and walking through a skywalk to get to the newer section of the hotel. I only mention this because we tried helping an elderly couple find their room and the gentleman had a very difficult time walking the distance to get there and unfortunately it is the only way to get to some rooms. Other than that, great location a block from Pearl Street mall, impeccable service, and beautiful rooms!"
