"Told the receptionist not to charge the card that was on their system as we were using another card. He charged it anyway without my consent. Because of Dodentocht the rates was extremely high and not worth the money. As you can see in photo. Socket coming off the wall. Lamp wouldn't switch off unless you took key fob out then room was in darkness. I asked to change lightbulb in bathroom as you couldn't see when using shower but nothing was done. I told both receptionist and cleaner not to clean room because it doesn't need doing but cleaner went in anyway. The towels were hung up, not on floor but they were still changed. I ask for a do not disturb sign, was told they don't have any. The service was awful. The receptionists were awful. It would have been a nice hotel if these minor issues in the room were sorted. "

"If you want a great place to stay to go to Tomorrowland, this apartment is a great find. Short walk to the venue, and also close to a supermarket and good food. Very friendly owner. Glad we stayed! "

"We rented a two bedroom apartment made of connecting a single bedroom apartment and a studio. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen living space with a sofa bed and a large family table. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and stove. Everything to cook and have dinner for at least 6 people. Every bed and the sofa bed had USB sockets and double power sockets on each side. Large bath and separate showers. Great water pressure. Washer/Dryer. Plenty of parking. Good Wifi. We stayed in winter, with central heating and good insulation. Staff was onsite every day, very easy checkin and checkout. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing I could flag as negative. We did day trips to Brussels, Bruges, Gent and Anvers. Nice local castle to visit. Carefour Express and Carefour Market nearby."

"The hotel is a good option for a 1 or 2 nights stays if you are visiting Brussels or other cities in the region, Bornem is a charm small city with several options for dining. Unfortunately, you will need a car to move around."
