"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). "We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."
