The second, a stunning suite, includes a 4K television and a fully glass mosaic-clad bathroom, creating an intimate and refined setting.

Equipped with a 4K television, a splendid sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table with swivel trays, it is a true sanctuary where you can contemplate the splendors of Bordeaux with unparalleled comfort.

The dining room, harmoniously connected to the living room and kitchen, features a large stone table and another antique fireplace, providing the perfect setting for convivial meals. The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, a beautiful wine cellar, and a refrigerator, ideal for gourmet feasts.

The bathroom, adorned with luxurious materials, features a comforting shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The apartment also benefits from reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi connectivity. DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €750 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €9.21.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.


EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.


GETTING AROUND

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from Mérignac Aéroport station to Quinconces station then walk 100 m to the apartment.

From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the tram C or D to Quinconces, then walk 100 m to the apartment.

The apartment has no parking, the public parking « Centre Commercial Mériadeck » is located 700 m from the apartment.
To park your car, parking in the street is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The price for parking are €15 for half a day.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD

A chic, attractive and harmonious district with its elegant buildings, luxury boutiques, performance halls, and some of Bordeaux's finest restaurants.
On one side the area is defined by Cours de l’Intendance, Cours Georges-Clémenceau, and cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous Golden triangle with the beautiful views of Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny, Place des Quinconces and the ‘Grand Theatre’. The Grands Hommes place, a neo-classic district, is a reflection of the new urbanism vision after the French Revolution. There are many English-style boutiques. All the places to meet for the high society from Bordeaux. A tradition that you will still note at the Brasserie Le Noailles.
On the other side is the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), the Saint-André Cathedral, and the Tour Pey-Berland, a bell tower topped by a golden bronze statue of Lady of Aquitaine.
