Apartment 'El Fries' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The vacation apartment "El Fries" is located in Boppard town, in the so-called "Lackschuhviertel", in a parallel street to the Rheinallee, on the second floor of a classicistic villa from 1870.

In 3 to 5 minutes on foot you can reach a large parking lot, in direct neighborhood to the police, as well as the Rhine, with the Rhine plants and the multi-generation park.
Likewise you reach in approx. 5 going minutes the oil and mustard mill on the area of the monastery St. Martin, where also the partnership gardens of the countries Japan, England, France and Hungary are.
In the city center, which you can reach on foot in about 8 to 10 minutes, you will find various stores, restaurants, wine taverns, the small, cozy cinema, the electoral castle, with museum, the Roman fort and, and, and.
The train station is about 15-20 minutes walk away, the Mühltal with the chairlift, starting point for many hikes as well as for the via ferrata you reach in 30-35 minutes walk.

In the course of the last years we have lovingly renovated the vacation apartment, and especially the woodwork has been treated exclusively with biological products (Auro, Kreidezeit).
We deliberately do without carpets, doilies and other, in our opinion, superfluous dust catchers in a vacation apartment, which certainly also accommodates allergy sufferers or other sensitive people.

In the living area a leather couch invites you to relax, watch TV or simply read.
If you need to do some work or want to write, there is also a desk available.
In pleasant weather you can also make yourself comfortable on the sunny balcony, with seating and awning.
This is also the only area where considerate smoking is allowed!

The spacious bedroom, next to the kitchen, has a 4-door closet, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a double bed (180x200), which you will find made up on arrival.
In the second bedroom there is a french bed (140x200) with a shelf, a small closet, a small chest of drawers, a seating area with a table for 2 persons and a washstand, which can be used for make-up for example (the water pressure is very low!).
TVs are also available in both bedrooms.

Apart from the kitchen, the apartment is equipped exclusively with solid wood furniture and as flooring you will find wood or tiles, also apart from the kitchen, there you will find a plastic floor (CV).

So that you can arrive stress-free and if necessary contactless, you will find the key in our key safe.
