This beautiful property on a 3 acre estate 500 mtrs walking distance from the Beautiful Rainbow Beach which has a surf club and restaurant also a tavern all within walking distance from the estate.plenty of off street parking . With an amazing 25 mtr pool inc hot tub. A beautiful private verandah wraps itself around the house inc an out door dining area seating 10 people over looking the gardens and pickle ball court while cooking a BBQ (beef eater ) watching a beautiful sunset over looking gardens mountain and pickle ball court .the house features 3 bedrooms two have ensuites and french doors onto the private balcony .The third room has its own bathroom with bath and seperate toilet . Ensuites inc toilet shower and bath. The house provides washing machine , dryer , air conditioning, dish washer , air-fryer, slower cooker , coffee machine, iron and board ,induction cook top. Food processor , oven,fridge freezer with ice maker and water filter
