What a little piece of paradise. The setting was just spectacular. Nightly sunsets and daily fishing (and dolphin spotting) from the dock. Home was immaculately clean.

This house was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing long weenend tacked onto a business trip. The pool/spa was especially nice. Everything was well stocked and clean. Host was very responsive, although after check-in they weren't needed!

Stayed here for 5 nights with my family over New Year’s.We loved it. The house is absolutely spotless and everything looked brand new. Beautiful sunsets and gorgeous view. The pool and hot tub area were perfect. It was easy to control the water temperature and my kids spent countless hours in the pool.We appreciated that the property had bikes and fishing poles for us to use. We can’t wait to return.

Second time that we have stayed at this property. Everything was as expected. The house was clean and ready for us at the expected time. Kitchen items were well stocked, all we had to do was provide the food and beverages. Property is centrally located and close to restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Love the pool and hot tub. Plenty of pool/beach towels provided. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful, even more so than the pictures show. Wonderful location. Convenient to shops, stores, restaurants, and of course the beaches. All amenities we needed were provided. I’m typically a nitpicker but can’t think of a single nit to pick here. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this place. We loved everything about it. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and every room had a water view! We loved the location and neighborhood. It was peaceful and close to everything. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach. The pool and spa were wonderful, we were in them almost every night. The house was well stocked, it had everything we needed and more!

Can’t say enough about the home. Best house we have rented. Beautiful home and lay out. Great view over little hickory bay. House is in immaculate condition. Equipped with everything we needed. Did not have to contact the property manager for anything. Very close to the beach and dining options. Would definitely rent again.

The property is beautiful! Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the house. Meticulously clean and accommodating. We enjoyed cooking rather than going out most nights and the well-appointed gorgeous kitchen allowed us to do that comfortably. The outdoor space is stunning! The view of the bay is breathtaking. We enjoyed eating and spending time by the pool. Fishing poles and bikes are available. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Only a few miles to the beach and 20 minutes to Naples. I highly recommend staying at this house if visiting Bonita Springs.

Absolutely amazing villa! We loved our stay at this lovely villa, it had everything we needed and lots lots more. It is modern, luxurious, has amazing views, and at the same time has an homely feel. Dolphins viewed most day’s amongst other wildlife sightings. We absolutely loved it. Communication with owner 100%. Cleanliness 100%. Cannot fault this property. We hope to return soon! My only complain was that the hot tub and the pool heater were so hard to figure out. We used it the first night and the next two nights it didn’t work, which was disappointing. The toilet paper was paper thin and there wasn’t one extra roll anywhere. So, pack a roll. Oh and pack a bar of soap. No soap there either. But the house is nice and the location is great!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a fantastic trip. The backyard was perfect for a nice relaxing stay. Overall it was a fantastic stay but we have a few minor suggestions. A house in the neighborhood was being renovated and there were contractors driving down the end of the street constantly. We would have appreciated blinds on the front windows. Luckily it was just the 2 of us so we didn’t need the sleeper sofa in the study, otherwise it would have been a bigger problem. Also there was not space to park in the garage as indicated on the listing. The binder of information had the wrong day for pool service to stop by, and didn’t mention landscaping. Overall we had an amazing week and would definitely stay here again.

The property and pool areas are beautiful. Julie was easy to get ahold of with questions and we thoroughly enjoyed Bonita Springs. Our only complaint is that theWi-Fi did not function throughout our stay.
