"We had a lovely stay at Joan's place! The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable, and it felt very safe and private. The construction, unfortunately, has begun again next door, but it really didn't disturb our stay. We appreciated Joan's suggestions for food and adventures, I would highly recommend taking at least a half-day out on the boat, and at some point, have a great dinner at the Black Orchid. "Absolutely beautiful home, very clean. Plenty of beach/pool towels and very comfy beds with nice linens. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. The view is amazing, with a pool and private little sand/beach area where I could just sit and read a book all day. Definitely recommend a golf cart as there is not a lot in walking distance. But if you’ve already seen San Pedro and just want to chill in a quiet area, this home is perfect for that, too. "

"The property was very clean and well managed by a friendly and helpful staff. A restaurant is onsite as well as a rooftop bar. A nice pool is steps away, a rarity for a small property. Bike rentals are available onsite which makes getting around the small island a breeze. You are only 5 minutes away from the main hustle and bustle. All in all, a great place to stay."

"House is spacious, easily viewable, and has all you need. It is a ways from the paved roads, and the dirt roads are bumpy, but the house and tarpon bay are beautiful. The sea grass was very heavy on the east side of the island, but tarpon bay was clean and clear of the sea grass and smell."
