"Ich habe gebucht und wir sind hingefahren und ahben nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft beziehen können. Das ist eine frech heit, Verarschung. Wir wurden vor der Haustüre zurückgewiesen weil dort ein Mann schon Lebte. Wir wollen unser Gäld zurück und eine Entschädigung für den Weg weil eir über 200 km gefahren sind. Wenn das nicht eintrifft werden wir Rechtlichemassnahmen und euch in die Zeitung stellen. So was passiert an Silvesterabend, das ist Unmenschlich."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice casual dinner in the downstairs restaurant and a quiet stay in the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. Boltigen is a quiet little town (in May anyway, when we were there) and we were serenaded by cowbells while we waited for the train the next morning."
