Bright and cosy studio apartment in the Bolognina neighbourhood, located in a modern residential complex recently renovated.

This apartment, located on the ground floor, comes with furnitures in forest green shades. The environment is very bright and comes with an open plan well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an induction hob and a kettle, in addition to a dining area with a TV. In the same room there is the sleeping area with a queen size bed. An elegant full bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.

At guests’ disposal there is also a common laundry room on the ground floor and a relax area on the first floor.

There are other accommodations inside the building.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

The central station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment while the airport is 10-minutes drive.
