The cozy and bright apartment comfortably accommodates four people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed. In modern and design style it is equipped with all the necessary comforts.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 1960s building in good condition, without a lift.
To access it you have to make 5 steps to get from the common door to the door of the apartment.
Parking is included and is free, unassigned place therefore subject to availability.

The 65 square meter apartment totally overlooks the internal garden, remaining quiet and peaceful.
The environments are divided into:
kitchen. Kitchen equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave and various utensils.
living room. Sofa bed
bathroom. Shower box, toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
bedroom. King size double bed and wardrobe.
other services available to guests. Air conditioning, fan in the kitchen, free wifi, iron and clothesline.

All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

Late check in:
- From 9.30pm to 11.00pm - Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 to 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.
