"I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and liked my modern and clean room. It is true that the rooms are a bit noisy because the hotel is right next to the main train station and you can hear and feel the trains go past. Maybe this was more noticeable in my room because it was on the first floor. The noise insulation inside the hotel also isn’t the best (I heard my neighbours quite well) but this didn’t bother me too much as I only stayed 2 nights. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location close to the train station, a big shopping centre, and the old town which is easily reachable on foot. There are good public transport links as well with bus and tram stops nearby. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. What really set it above is the service of the Staff. Friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was stunning. Lots of amenities, with an amazing attention to detail. Physically the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Luxurious and chic. Excellent location to both the old city square and Kazimierz (Old Jewish Quarter), and a multitude of historic and beautiful Churches. Stay here if you want your visit to Krakow to be the best."
