"Our stay was perfect! The home and surroundings were stunning and serene. Located in a very tiny village, it gave us a feeling of security and peacefulness. (We are two 77 year old ladies, friends since we were 10). The home was better equipped than most personal homes……there was nothing we could not find! Plenty of linens, great beds, charming decor. "What an absolutely wonderful time we have just spent in Caunes Minervois - everything we hoped for and more. Taking the house for a month allowed us to really get a feel for the village although for 2 of us it was a return visit after 13 years! The house is extremely comfortable and all amenities are excellent. We were lucky enough to win the toss and get the top floor bedroom with adjoining lounge which had such a beautiful outlook across the roof tops to the distant hills. Trying to understand...

"We had an amazing time here. Christian is a very good host. He is very knowledgable about the area and recommended lots of things to do. It is a 2 minute walk to the bakers and cafe for coffee and pastries in the morning. The Bistro also serves food. The house is clean and well equipped with a beautiful garden and large pool."
