Entspannung und Erfrischung an der Ostseeküste

Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend mit wenig Verkehr - ein guter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist weiter als in der Beschreibung angegeben wurde (800 Meter) . Ich würde sagen, 1,2 - 1,4 Kilometer wäre genauer. Positiv anzumerken: Obwohl zwei der Zimmer mit Teppichen ausgestattet sind, hatte meine Frau, die unter einer Stauballergie leidet, keinerlei Probleme. Die Möblierung, die Küche und Ausstattung waren einfach und nicht besonders hochwertig. Der Kühlschrank ist in die Jahre gekommen und es gab nicht einmal einen Dosenöffner (also bringen Sie einen mit!). Zusammengefasst: Wenn Sie eine Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung suchen, in der Sie sich entspannen und die meiste Zeit darin verbringen können - dann werden Sie wahrscheinlich enttäuscht sein. Wenn Sie jedoch vorhaben, viel Zeit am Strand zu verbringen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen und die Ferienwohnung eher als Pit-Stop am Tag und für die Nacht zu nutzen, dann werden Sie nicht enttäuscht sein.

Schöne Wohnung an gutem Standort zu mäßigen Wohnbedingungen

Die Wohnung ist hübsch und ruhig gelegen. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für eine dreiköpfige Familie. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht zu weit entfernt und umliegende Städte wie Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn und Rostock sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur in Ordnung, da dich Recht viele Steine dort herumliegen. Dafür war er nicht überfüllt. Im Dörfchen Börgerende gibt es einen netten Spielplatz für Kinder. Leider stimmen die AGB der Verwaltung nicht mit den vorgefundenen Bedingungen im Haus überein: Anders als in jenen angegeben, würde mir am Telefon von der Verwaltung gesagt, dass es weder Abtrocknetücher noch Bettwäsche gibt - das muss alles mitgebracht werden. Leider gibt es auch kein Toilettenpapier und keine Handtücher für den Abwasch. Die Küche ist soweit ganz gut ausgestattet. Sie ist klein, aber für einen Urlaub reicht es. Ein scharfes Messer zum Brot oder Gemüse schneiden sucht an allerdings vergebens. Die Verwaltung selbst ist am Telefon unfreundlich und wirkt unorganisiert (sie hat trotz Namensangabe und Straßennamen nicht selbstständig herausgefunden, welche Wohnung ich gebucht habe). Wofür wir Kurtaxe bezahlt haben, wissen wir nicht: Der Strand wird nicht von Algen gereinigt und Toiletten waren auch nirgends zu sehen.
