"We have just returned from a four night stay at the New Inn, Winchelsea and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's located right in the centre of the village and parking at the premises was never a problem. The landlord and landlady are a lovely couple and their staff are very pleasant and welcoming. "It was comfortable & room quiet after a long drive. service was reasonable considering the staff were stretched during an afternoon party. People were generally pleasant and did well. Pity no food on offer on a Sunday night but since it was a central location there was plenty on offer locally."
