Our group of 7 adults and 2 young kids absolutely loved our stay at River Watch Lodge. The home is full of character and warmth. It was very clean and had ample space for our family gathering. We enjoyed walking down to the river, seeing the scenic railway train come by, and spending time in the hot tub. It is 10 minutes from town. Communication with the owner was great!

This place is large and gorgeous. The house is loaded with activities for a fun stay that will not leave your guests bored. Would definitely recommend for larger groups that would like a nice isolated area, as well as close access to Blue Ridge and shopping.

Wonderful property!! Every amenity you can think of. Very convenient to Blue Ridge but still felt like you were in the countryside with amazing views of the Toccoa River. Loved our stay there!

Great location with awesome view of the Toccoa River. Short drive down to the flat open area on the river bank to enjoy time with family. Convenient fishing spots and nice pavilion for a picnic. We enjoyed cooking on the grill at the cabin as well as the outdoor fire place and hot tub. Would certainly book this property again.

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful cabin as we celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary! The cabin is very spacious, well-maintained and clean! The game room and huge porch were two of our favorite spots to spend time! Thanks for a wonderful stay where we made some great family memories!

The house was beautiful and in a great location.Mr. Barber was very proactive in helping us with the check in process. Overall, it was a great stay at their home. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the mountains and close to the river. 5 Stars!!

This stay was a perfect way to wrap up summer before the college-aged kids went back to school. The house has lots of different spaces to hang out and the game room is fantastic for kids of all ages. The arcade style basketball and the nice poker table for an all-generations Texas Hold’em tournament were our favorites. The house was very well-organized (everything is labeled including the stairs) and communication with the owner was great. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend and we plan to return.

Great property with tons of extra thought put in to the available bath amenities, games, cooking supplies, recreational equipment etc. Very clean and well taken care of property. Good communication from property owner. Well though out binder with property and area details clearly listed. Easy access to water via community park area and close to town. This is the first time our family has taken a vacation at a cabin together. It was wonderful!!! Our children (ages 7, 12, 16 & 18) all thoroughly enjoyed the game room and we spent a lot of time on the porch relaxing. I highly recommend this location!!

We found the cabin beautiful and comfortable. The view was beautiful as well. The trip down to the river just about killed my husband and I 😜 We will need to get more fit for our next trip. Loved everything about this home.
