Katherine was a great host, giving us lots of information before we arrived and helping us out with things there, and we highly recommend her."

"Me and my husband stay here at the cottage house was safe & looks exactly as shown in pictures! Host communication is excellent! Only issue I had was I spotted a dead roach and a few bugs in corners etc . In my opinion house keeping should kill critters and spray some insects spray! "We just arrived home from the best vacation in TCI! We chose this house for the proximity to the beach (literally in the backyard) and the pool. Neither disappointed! We paddled out to the foaling bar (Captain Oaks) which was a work out but so fun. Our girls paddle boarded and kayaked everyday, we rented a jet ski one day and that was so much fun. "Beautiful property. As someone else mentioned it isn’t 5 star luxury, but the views and the proximity to the beach is perfection. It is a little run down, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time inside. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch starting at stunning views."

"This Cottage is great. Private pool, everything you need for 2 people. Close to beaches, restaurants and gift shops. Great communication with Patty, Miki met us at the airport and Jeano is fantastic (should be a personal tour guide 😊) Could not have asked for a better host. "This was exactly what I needed, an affordable cute little place to stay. I ended up going solo so I had it all to myself, which was nice. Everything I needed worked just fine and was there to use. House was clean when I arrived. I brought way to much sand back with me at the end of each day, I do apologize. I loved ending the day out on the back deck and just relaxing. "Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. "LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue.
