"The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon."

"Front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My trip was delayed due to weather and flight issues, and they held my reservation for me as I provided updates. The front desk staff speak multiple languages, and on both day and evening shifts were always pleasant and willing to help. Room was excellent, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of storage. Breakfast was great and has multiple options to choose from. And you can't beat the location--if you're interested in activities in the city...
