It had every comfort of home and we woke up, the view from our bed was a closeup view of the Alps, the Lauterbrunnen Valley and numerous waterfalls The negative was checking out! "We absolutely loved the town of Wengen. The unit looks better in person than the photos. Very spacious with beautiful Mountain views from every window. Great location on the outskirts of downtown. It is a little bit uphill, but not too bad. If you’re concerned about the short walk uphill, you can always hire one of those tuk tuk vehicles. Once you are settled, everything you need is a short walk. "

"Overall a great place to stay and will be looking to stay here again. If there is one criticism from me, it's the pillows are down and collapsed to basically flat as soon as your head is on it so could swapped out for something better but apart from that a lovely place to stay with great views."

"Although the apartment is compact it is well thought out. Having two bathrooms was a real plus. The kitchen has everything you need. Proximity to the station was an important point. We had excellent weather so spent our days out in the beautiful area. We would especially recommend going up the Hasliberg lifts out of Meiringen and taking the bus from Meiringen to Scharzalp for lunch at the mountain Inn and then another bus to Grosse Scheidegg down to Grindelwald."

"Spacious and makes you feel right at home. There is more than enough storage space for luggage, etc. The balcony is huge and gives a good view of valley and village. Hiking trails are accessible."
