The home was welcoming and clean, and the owner provided just about everything you need (towels, coffee maker, bedding, wine glasses, etc). We awoke in the morning to 9 deer outside in the field! "the third bedroom is adjacent to underground garage and smelled strongly of dust, mold and mildew. We were all afraid to stay in the room. The air was thought to be unhealthy. I had to sleep on the living room couch. Some bulbs were out in the bedrooms and living room. Overall everything else was fine but the fact that the downstairs bedroom was not livable forces me to withhold any future recommendation for the home."

"My friends and I rented marks house for about a month for part of our snowmobile season and its great spot. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and trail is like 1/4 mile from the driveway. House was nice and clean plenty of room for everyone to sleep"
