At Pelican Pointe, literally go out in your front yard and go fishing! Newly furnished, 1 bedroom ground floor condo is now available with king size bed, sleeper sofa, & full laundry closet. bring your clothes!

Everyone wants on the water and this is literally on the Bay of Biloxi and has such a wonderful view. Watching the boats sail or motor past is so peaceful. Located just minutes from Keesler, it is several blocks east of The Scarlet Pearl in D'Iberville.

Decorated in shades of water blues, the tone is a relaxed, settled style that further enhances the waterfront location.

Located at ground level, you have a very nice open living area with sleeper sofa and comfy chair for your relaxation. There is a large window that provides a water view from the living room. Also, you have a new, large smart TV with streaming for your use if you can draw your eyes away from the water view.

The adjacent kitchen area has everything you might need to cook that fresh caught fish! There is a granite bar that is great for eating, games, and studies. It is furnished with all appliances.

There is a laundry with a washer and dryer just off the kitchen for that pesky job.

The bedroom is large, and has a king-sized bed and the bedside tables and lamps offer another place to relax while reading or watching the new wall-mounted TV. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

This location is perfect for military TDY guests, winter guests, and a couple vacationing. We will honor Military per diem.
