"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"Excellent place, definitely would use it again and the place was clean and tidy and beds and chairs comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and it’s very central. Parking was free 6pm to 8am a five minute walk away. "

"This is a charming property and could not be better placed in terms of access to the castle and cathedral. The check-in lady was so kind and helpful so one could not ask for more there. The only criticism I have was that there is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This makes rather a dull shower unless prewarned. Had I known and brought my own, I would have enjoyed my stay more. Likewise, there was no black tea bags. The house is incredibly charming and the price most favourable. I...

"There had been a problem with the main entry door on arrival so the cleaner was still sorting the apartment when we arrived at 6.30pm. We went straight out for dinner so were pleased to be able to leave our belongings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and right in the centre of town so conveninent for the shops and bars. We had a lovely weekend - thank you!"

"The property was perfect for our needs. All appliances were in working order. Within walking distance to all the amenities. Netflix. Good communications with the agents. A few broken slats on the bed and a blocked kitchen drain, but the drain was sorted after a few days and we managed to sort out the slats. Thank you. "

"Due to the high calibre of equipment at the lodge i was surprised to find no towels (didnt expect any for hot tub use), but i managed to get Nicks number and he kindly got his housekeeper to rectify. I dont recall seeing in small print that towels were not provided? But he acted quickly to help. Am not impressed with Vrbo, very unsatisfactory service from them."
