The front desk was nice but there was a dis-connect of my booking that the hotel could not verify my identify only because the U.S. spells my first name into first and middle name, in China it is my first name. Anyways, he could pull me up with my U.S. phone number but I would say birthday or email address might be better way to verify incoming guests from outside of the country"
