"What a great find. An amazing conversion of an old church which has resulted in a stylish, spacious bar and restaurant area. The room is compact (as advertised) but contained all we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the aircon worked efficiently. The pre booked breakfast was excellent and good value. We walked around the pretty canals and found a lovely vegetarian restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The Plaza is in a great location, 150m from the Almere train station. Very easy to commute in and around Amsterdam from here. Almere has a great commercial area with shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and tidy with a restaurant on site. We would recommend for anyone wanting to be just out of the business of Amsterdam. "

"First, the staff. Very friendly, polite and helpful. Both at front desk and restaurant (breakfast). I asked for my room NOT to be cleaned daily. The cleaner I talked to in the hall still was concerned that I had enough towels etc. I was impressed with her positive and friendly attitude."
