"Great apartments with everything you need if you are staying a while (restaurant, ATM, parking, air, kitchen, pools and laundry). Only bummer is that WIFI only works in common areas, not in rooms."

"Fitness center is very good,tennis courts are ok , maybe can be improved the maintenance of the net ( couple of them was not properly set up).the sea is great , like Sardinia in the morning ...and with Beautiful waves sometimes to have fun...the lifeguards are the best ever seen . What can be improved is the level of the evening events arranged by the stuff : probably ok for childrens but not for adult people...people at the reception are amazing and always available."

"The place was lovely and probably more so in the spring or in summer. We visited as we had business in town. The place was beautiful however location wise it is best suited for those with cars as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Transportation is ok but bus intervals are usually 1hr apart. As for the bus stop it is right outside Dolce Vita but it's pitch black dark at night and dangerous so be careful. I would recommend you to rent a car when staying here."

"We only stayed 1 night as stop over on the way to Rome. Good thing we planned to arrive early and enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. For dinner we went to the grocery in the nearby town and cooked our meal in the apartment, it has everything we needed to cook, plates and silverware, dishwasher and everything needed to cleanup was provided."

"Appartment-Anlage im 70er jahre Stil. Preis-Leistung sehr ok. Schöne Lage im Ort, 10 min zum Strand, Metzger und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür, besser gehts gar nicht ! Der Ort ist typisch italienisch .. bunt, laut, Musik, Familien .. man muss es mögen, uns es hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Bilderbuch-Toskana um Bolgheri ist nur 15 min Autofahrt entfernt !"

"I would not recommend this hotel for Americans. There were a lot of rules and restrictions. We thought we would enjoy the very nice looking pool but you had to wear a bathing cap and it closed at 7 pm ! The hotel was geared towards families with young children. While the room was clean, it smelled very strongly of disinfectant. We had to make our own beds with linens they provided. The area is wonderful with the beach so close but I would not recommend this accommodation. "

"My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. We made trips to Volterra, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano, we walked on the beach and in the forest. We are definitely coming back. Anna Maria and Filiberto, Thank you...

"Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt. Sehr gut war die Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Da haben wir einige Male riesige Bistecca Fiorentina und frische Fische gegrillt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. "We had a wonderful week here in April 2024. The property was ideal for our family of four, and clean and spacious throughout. The outdoor area is the highlight, with several lovely sitting spots in a well-tended sloping garden. Great location in the town of Bibbona, and close to restaurants, bars, bakery, gelateria and deli. It was an ideal base for exploring Tuscany - near several good beaches and within day-trip range of Florence, Lucca, Siena and so many beautiful hill-top villages. Marco was...
