Wonderful home and location
It's hard to beat the location of this property. The management team was super responsive. It was just steps away from the beach and the market. Everything was as listed and there was even some beach equipment (parasol, pareo, etc) made available. Best part: the house stayed cool during a historic heat wave. Just keep the shutters shut and that should do the trick.

Casa en el centro (es único bueno que tiene). No tiene parking gratuito, es zona azul (de pago). Casa muy sucia, con mucha humedad. Cama, manta estaba húmeda. No recomiendo venir con niños, ni bebes. Cuna esta increíblemente sucia! A casa le falta una buena limpieza. El baño, la ducha no he visto en mi vida tan sucia. Se esconde por color negro con brillantes de azulejos y poca iluminación. Entrada terraza es de madera hasta el suelo. Por tema de incendios no hay escapatoria. TV no conseguimos saber encenderla, contactamos con el propietario pero nadie vino.

Séjour décevant.
Malgré une localisation de la maisonnette très appréciable, et une jolie décoration de celle ci , nous avons été déçus par notre séjour. A l’arrivée, le ménage avait été bâclé, des placards étaient encore encombrés,et poussiéreux mais surtout nous avons eu à déplorer le bruit provoqué par des voisins plus que bruyants ( les 2 terrasses sont contiguës). L’agence a su être réactive et nous l’en remercions.

Séjour agréable en plein centre de Biarritz
La maison est très bien située dans le centre de biarritz, au calme. Possibilite de se garer gratuitement à 10 minutes à pieds. Elle est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La terrasse ombragee est très agréable. Nous recommandons cette location !

idéalement placé et agencé, on s'y sent vite chez soi! vacances +++++ !
À 3 mn des halles, ouvertes chaque matin en été, et tout proche, à mi-chemin de la grande plage et de la côte des basques, cette location remplit toutes ses attentes. Une jolie véranda pour les apéros et le retour de la plage, de l'espace et la douceur de vivre de Biarritz. Pour finir, l'agence, Olivier pour nous, nous à accueilli très gentiment et est disponible à tout moment. Nous avons hâte de revenir!
