Located a 10 min walk from the beaches and 20 min to the heart of Biarritz, with all activities nearby, this accommodation is perfect for visiting the city and enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.

This very studio of 20 m², neatly decorated, is composed of:
- a comfortable living-room,
- a night corner on the mezzanine with a double bed,
- a perfectly-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fan.
An outdoor parking lot is located nearby.

Please note that the access to the studio is shared with the adjoining house.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

## Neighborhood

This charming accommodation is perfectly located to enjoy Biarritz while staying in a calm area. From the Milady district, known for its restaurants and its wild beaches, it will take you only a few minutes to reach the Marbella beach, famous for surfing. Located only 1 km from the city centre, you can enjoy all the shops and activities of Biarritz. The Mazon Park and the Public Garden will be a perfect green haven to relax.
Some of the places we recommend in the area are: les 100 marches, Chéri Bibi, 3 Salsas, Tantina de Burgos, Pizza Joie, Etxola Bibi for a drink and a game of pétanque, or Surfing for a dinner by the sea.
