Nice enough.
Perfectly good but not overwhelming apartment. Convenient for beaches but a little way out of town. Nice neighbourhood and near a boulangerie. Check in and out was excellent - it is clearly a smooth and well run organisation. Negatives - the furniture and decor is tired and rather dusty, the place itself was not very well cleaned, some of the (grim concrete) patio tiles are loose and dangerous and the double bed mattress in the main bedroom is harder than concrete!

L’appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. La véranda est vraiment un plus. Plage Milady magnifique Côte des Basques pour le surf.

Prélèvements abusif de la caution
Le logement est très bien, cependant l'agence est à éviter: prélèvement abusif et complétement disproportionné de la caution ("pour un couteau qui bloque un tiroir") et pas de réponses aux mails envoyés pour avoir des détails plus précis. J'avais déjà eu des échos selon lequel cette agence abusait sur le prélèvement de la caution et ceci s'est confirmé lors de notre séjour. A éviter ou prévoir un budget supplémentaire.
