"Good morning We had a good stay in the house. Here are our reports for Arca properties Luxembourg to make improvements: - as already said: repair the leak in the gutter under the front door (just at the box with the code) - Put a bigger sign prohibiting parking in front of the house (we had to call the police because a car was preventing us from leaving) - the kitchen radiator is not working -Add a pair of scissors and a vegetable peeler. "Nous avons l'habitude de louer pour nos vacances sur "gîtes de France" nous comparons : Impression très désagréable. Aucun accueil, aucune personnalisation. Boite à clé. Il est dit dans l'annonce " 2 à 4 personnes". Dans 20 m carrés, comment faire pour accéder aux toilettes lorsque le canapé est ouvert et qu'on vient du lit ? Le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour qu'une bouteille d'eau tienne debout, pas même sur la porte ! Accepte les animaux de compagnie est le seul point positif encore qu'il...

"Fantastic hotel all round. Really welcoming and friendly staff at all times. The rooms are great size and very clean and housekeeping were prompt and effective every morning. The shower deserves a massive shout out for being so good. Free hot drinks 24/7 in the lobby. Only negative is that there isn't very much in the area after 6pm no shops or anything and it can be quite long to get into the city centre. "

"We had a corner room and it was really big, had a king size bed and another areas with sofa and tv. Bed was very comfy and the shower was very powerful. 5 mins from train station and 15 mins walk to the beautiful old town. great location we used the bad drop facilities and everything was great. No issues. Initially it didn't look as fancy as some of our hotels but it was a great surprise."

"Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely. "

"Ramiz at Reception was welcoming & professional. He informed me about the area and a little about the history. The room was spacious, clean & bed was comfortable. Restaurants & grocery store witin walking distance. Free local transport - train, bus trams to city centre - though a little far from city centre. The University of Luxembourg is known for its departments of life sciences medicine & tech. A number of start ups in the area - a young city, well-planned for the future."

"There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre."
