"I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. It was very clean, comfortable beds with soft bedding and one of the best stocked VRBOs we have stayed in. From an over abundance of bathroom towels to a fully stocked kitchen, if you forgot anything, Carla will probably have it there for you. We brought our own paper products, spices, etc, but it’s all there. The ORV trails are very close and easy to access. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. We will definitely return."

"We’ve rented vacation homes >100 times and our experience at Mark’s awesome property ranks #1 in terms of making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Sometimes it’s awkward when the host is on site at a multi-unit property, but in this case it added to our experience immensely. We were part of a mountain biking race team with different groups staying all over Copper Harbor. Mark very reasonably does not allow parties or events, but we were allowed to use the rear unit (garage/studio) where Mark was staying to store our bikes. He let us come and go from the space as we pleased to work on our bikes and charge the e-bikes. He even made an exception and allowed us to host a team meeting and dinner in the studio and driveway. The space itself is even nicer than the pictures. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Sometimes decor of this type seems over the top and kitschy, but in this case it all works well and adds to the vibe of being in a unique space. Can’t wait to stay here again. It’s one of those places where you’re almost reluctant to leave an honest review because you want to keep it a secret. "
