4 bedroom condo with Tempur-Pedic mattresses, 3 bath, features a full sized kitchen, gas fireplace, patio door to deck, sun room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, Blue-ray player. Adjoining door capability with a hot tub, pool table, pin ball, sauna, A/C, clothes dryer, and master suite. Honeymoon suite located in lower lever of unit. High speed internet. Fourplex unit building located on Big Bird Trail with individual slope side entry deck and its own parking area. 3 Night Minimum Stay. (Hot tub only for Winter Season)

Nice views and cabin , disappointing not having working hot tub.

Was a nice place, but thinking you have a hot tub and not having it working was disappointing. And the pinball machine didn’t work properly as well.

Great Family Ski Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came up for a long ski weekend at Big Powderhorn. 3 Families and 10 total people (6 adults, 4 children). We loved Family Times 1 for our stay, had a lot space for our group and good amount of bedroom/bathroom space. We loved the ski in / ski out aspect and close proximity to the lodge. The kids loved the pool table, pin ball machine and basement rec room. The Sauna and Spa were nice after cold days on the slopes. The only areas that weren't top notch were the amount of kitchen counter space (needed more) and the well water had a scent/taste to it. Overall it is a great option for a larger group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect and created a special memory for our family. Katie is great at what she does and is a great face to your external customer relations. You would do well to hang on to her - make sure her compensation is above market average and there is a pathway for her to continue to take on more responsibility. Can't say enough good things about her.Only negative thing I heard about our trip was that my brother-in-law mentioned there was a gentleman who showed up at the property who took an aggressive tone with him and seemed to be intimating that we had a dog in the house, but were concealing the dog. I was not a witness to this conversation and my interaction with the same gentleman a day later was very positive.
