"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. "2nd time staying here while visiting Paris. Great hotel for the last night to easily catch your flight next day without any worries. Excellent breakfast! Maybe the best. Everything you could possibly want to eat. Excellent staff and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. I’ll stay here next time a visit Paris for sure. "

"This property is just beautiful from the hanging crystal in the ceiling entranceway to the grand piano on the left side of the room. The filling of luxury and beauty is present. My room was extremely clean and the design is very well put together. My favorite part of the day was the staff. This was my first time out of the country yet the Care provided to me by the staff made me feel as if I was at my second home."
